Short-term Observership / Weekend Training Program in Endourology

Short-term Observership / Weekend Program:
For practicing urologists who may not be able to undertake a long-term fellowship, we would also be happy to offer focused short-term observerships or weekend programs, particularly for learning and refining supine PCNL techniques, RIRS, laser prostate surgery and other endourological procedures. These can be structured as concentrated 1–3 day/weekend attachments depending upon the individual’s area of interest and scheduled operative cases.

Initially 1–2 fellows at a time, to ensure adequate operative exposure and individual mentoring. Short-term observership positions can be accommodated periodically according to the operative schedule.

Proposed Start / Application Timeline
We plan to commence these programs with the 2027 academic cycle. Applications may be invited from January/February 2027, with joining from approximately March 2027 onwards.
