The Youth Organization of the Urological Society of India (YOU) believes that the future of our specialty depends on a strong culture of learning, collaboration, and mentorship. Across India, many young urologists have gained valuable expertise through fellowships, observerships, international training, focused clinical practice, and research. These experiences should not remain limited to individual institutions—they should become a shared resource that benefits the entire urological community.

We invite enthusiastic young urologists who possess specialized skills, advanced training, or unique clinical experience to join us as faculty members for YOU’s capacity-building initiatives. Whether your expertise lies in endourology, robotic surgery, laparoscopy, reconstructive urology, uro-oncology, andrology, pediatric urology, female urology, renal transplantation, functional urology, imaging, research methodology, artificial intelligence, practice management, communication skills, or any other area that can help fellow urologists grow, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Teaching is one of the greatest contributions a clinician can make to the profession. Every workshop conducted, every surgical tip shared, every clinical discussion led, and every young colleague mentored has the potential to improve patient care across the country.
